Assigns competent, responsible and hardworking refiller, merchandisers & promogirls in supermarkets and groceries who are responsible for the over-all merchandising of the stocks in terms of product availability, pricing, refilling, inventory, proper display, maintenance of store facings and monitoring of competitive activities.
In-Store Promotion Activities
Assigns quality personnel such as Promo Girl/Push Girl, sampling and redemption team to conduct actual introduction of the product and to educate the consumers on product features and benefits as well as its present trade price. Bundling activity is also done in the store to help accelerate offtake of slow moving brands.
